  5. Staff → Who do you surround yourself with? Your team influences your performance.

  6. Skills → What are your strengths, and what skills do you need to improve?

  7. Shared Values → What principles guide you under pressure?

When all these elements align, your leadership feels clear, confident, and sustainable.
